一(yi)、2BV水環式真空泵概述
2BV直聯水環式真空泵為整體結構—機泵同軸的單級泵,適用(yong)于抽除氣體和水蒸氣,吸氣壓(ya)力(li)(li)可以達到33mbar絕壓(ya)(97%真空(kong)(kong)(kong)度)。當真空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵在(zai)吸氣壓(ya)力(li)(li)低于80mbar的狀(zhuang)態(tai)下(xia)長期工(gong)作時,應(ying)聯接(jie)氣蝕保(bao)護管(guan),以對(dui)泵進行保(bao)護。如(ru)配大氣噴射器,吸氣壓(ya)力(li)(li)可達10mbar,噴射器可直接(jie)安裝在(zai)真空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵上。作為(wei)壓(ya)縮(suo)機用(yong)時,其壓(ya)力(li)(li)大0.26MPa(絕壓(ya))。被廣泛(fan)(fan)用于石油、化工(gong)(gong)、制(zhi)藥、食品、制(zhi)糖工(gong)(gong)業等領域。由于在工(gong)(gong)作過程(cheng)中,氣體(ti)的壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)過程(cheng)是等溫的,所以(yi)在壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)和抽吸易燃易爆(bao)氣體(ti)時,不易發生爆(bao)炸(zha),所以(yi)其應用更加廣泛(fan)(fan)。

三、2BV水環式(shi)真空泵結構
2BV直聯水環式真空泵主要由(you)(you)(you)(you)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)蓋(gai)、泵(beng)(beng)(beng)體(ti)(ti)、圓盤(pan)(pan)(pan),葉輪(lun)(lun)、機(ji)械(xie)(xie)密封(feng)、電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)等(deng)零部件組成。進(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)通過安(an)(an)裝在(zai)(zai)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)蓋(gai)上的(de)(de)園(yuan)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)上的(de)(de)吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)孔和(he)排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)孔與(yu)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)腔相(xiang)連,軸偏心(xin)地安(an)(an)裝在(zai)(zai)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)體(ti)(ti)中,葉輪(lun)(lun)用平鍵固定(ding)(ding)在(zai)(zai)軸上,兩(liang)端面(mian)的(de)(de)部間(jian)隙(xi)由(you)(you)(you)(you)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)體(ti)(ti)和(he)園(yuan)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)之間(jian)的(de)(de)墊(dian)來(lai)調整,葉輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)蓋(gai)上的(de)(de)園(yuan)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)之間(jian)的(de)(de)間(jian)隙(xi)由(you)(you)(you)(you)園(yuan)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)和(he)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)體(ti)(ti)之間(jian)的(de)(de)墊(dian)來(lai)調整,葉輪(lun)(lun)兩(liang)端面(mian)與(yu)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)蓋(gai)上園(yuan)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)之間(jian)間(jian)隙(xi)決(jue)定(ding)(ding)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)在(zai)(zai)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)腔內(nei)由(you)(you)(you)(you)進(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)口(kou)排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)口(kou)流動(dong)中損失(shi)的(de)(de)大(da)小及(ji)其極限(xian)壓(ya)力(li)(li)。采用機(ji)械(xie)(xie)密封(feng),機(ji)械(xie)(xie)密封(feng)安(an)(an)裝在(zai)(zai)葉輪(lun)(lun)和(he)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)體(ti)(ti)間(jian)。由(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)械(xie)(xie)密封(feng)定(ding)(ding)出葉輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)體(ti)(ti)之間(jian)的(de)(de)間(jian)隙(xi)。泵(beng)(beng)(beng)蓋(gai)上安(an)(an)裝有(you)園(yuan)盤(pan)(pan)(pan),園(yuan)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)上設有(you)吸(xi)(xi)、排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)孔和(he)柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥片(pian),柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)(xing)閥片(pian)的(de)(de)作用是(shi)當葉輪(lun)(lun)葉片(pian)間(jian)的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)壓(ya)力(li)(li)達(da)到排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi),在(zai)(zai)排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)口(kou)以前就(jiu)將氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)排(pai)(pai)出,減少(shao)了因氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)壓(ya)力(li)(li)過大(da)而消(xiao)耗(hao)的(de)(de)功率、從而降低率消(xiao)耗(hao)。
四、2BV水(shui)環式真空泵原理(li)
2BV水(shui)(shui)環(huan)(huan)式真空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)如下(xia)圖所示葉(xie)(xie)輪(lun)(lun)3偏心(xin)地安裝在(zai)泵(beng)(beng)體(ti)之內(nei)(nei),啟動(dong)時向(xiang)泵(beng)(beng)內(nei)(nei)注入定高度的(de)水(shui)(shui),因此(ci)當葉(xie)(xie)輪(lun)(lun)3旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)時,水(shui)(shui)受離(li)心(xin)力的(de)作(zuo)用而在(zai)泵(beng)(beng)體(ti)內(nei)(nei)壁形成(cheng)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)水(shui)(shui)環(huan)(huan)1,水(shui)(shui)環(huan)(huan)下(xia)部內(nei)(nei)表(biao)面(mian)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)轂相切(qie),沿箭頭方向(xiang)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan),在(zai)前半(ban)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)過(guo)程中,水(shui)(shui)環(huan)(huan)內(nei)(nei)表(biao)面(mian)逐(zhu)漸與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)轂脫離(li),因此(ci)在(zai)葉(xie)(xie)輪(lun)(lun)葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)(pian)間(jian)(jian)(jian)與(yu)水(shui)(shui)環(huan)(huan)形成(cheng)封閉空(kong)(kong)間(jian)(jian)(jian),隨著葉(xie)(xie)輪(lun)(lun)的(de)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan),該(gai)空(kong)(kong)間(jian)(jian)(jian)逐(zhu)漸擴(kuo)大,空(kong)(kong)間(jian)(jian)(jian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)力降低,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)自(zi)圓盤吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)口(kou)被吸(xi)入;在(zai)后半(ban)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)過(guo)程中,水(shui)(shui)環(huan)(huan)內(nei)(nei)表(biao)面(mian)逐(zhu)漸與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)轂靠近(jin),葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)(pian)間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)空(kong)(kong)間(jian)(jian)(jian)逐(zhu)漸縮(suo)小,空(kong)(kong)間(jian)(jian)(jian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)力升高,高于排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)口(kou)壓(ya)力時,葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)(pian)間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)自(zi)圓盤排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)口(kou)被排(pai)出。如此(ci)葉(xie)(xie)輪(lun)(lun)每轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)周,葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)(pian)間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)空(kong)(kong)間(jian)(jian)(jian)吸(xi)排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)次,許多空(kong)(kong)間(jian)(jian)(jian)不停地工作(zuo),水(shui)(shui)環(huan)(huan)式真空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)就連(lian)續(xu)不斷地抽(chou)吸(xi)或壓(ya)送氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)。
由于(yu)在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)過程中,做功產生熱量,會使工(gong)作(zuo)水環發熱,同時部分水和氣體起被排走,因此,在工(gong)(gong)作過程中(zhong),必須(xu)不斷地(di)給泵(beng)供水,以冷卻(que)和(he)補充泵(beng)內(nei)消(xiao)耗的水,滿(man)足泵(beng)的工(gong)(gong)作要(yao)求。
當排(pai)(pai)出的(de)氣(qi)(qi)體不再利用時,在排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)口上接有(you)氣(qi)(qi)水(shui)分離(li)器,廢氣(qi)(qi)和(he)所(suo)(suo)帶(dai)的(de)部分水(shui)排(pai)(pai)入氣(qi)(qi)水(shui)分離(li)器后,氣(qi)(qi)水(shui)分離(li),氣(qi)(qi)體由排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)管排(pai)(pai)出,留下的(de)水(shui)經(jing)回水(shui)管供(gong)泵(beng)內繼續(xu)使用。隨著工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時間的(de)延長,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)水(shui)溫度會(hui)不斷地升高,這時需從供(gong)水(shui)管供(gong)給冷水(shui),以降低(di)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)水(shui)的(de)溫度,保證(zheng)泵(beng)能(neng)達到所(suo)(suo)要求的(de)技術(shu)要求和(he)性能(neng)指(zhi)標。
當2BV水(shui)環式真空泵作(zuo)(zuo)為壓縮(suo)機(ji)使用時,泵排氣(qi)口接有氣(qi)水(shui)分(fen)(fen)離器,氣(qi)水(shui)混合物進(jin)入(ru)氣(qi)水(shui)分(fen)(fen)離器后自動(dong)分(fen)(fen),氣(qi)體(ti)由排氣(qi)管輸送到所需系統而工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)水(shui)經(jing)過(guo)分(fen)(fen)離器進(jin)入(ru)泵內。壓縮(suo)氣(qi)體(ti)時,工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)水(shui)極(ji)易(yi)熱,水(shui)由泵排氣(qi)口排出,溫度會變的(de)較高,要由供(gong)水(shui)管不斷(duan)地供(gong)給冷(leng)水(shui).以補(bu)充(chong)被放(fang)走(zou)的(de)水(shui),同時起冷(leng)卻作(zuo)(zuo)用,使工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)水(shui)溫度不致過(guo)高,從而保證(zheng)壓縮(suo)機(ji)性能(neng),達能(neng)技術(shu)指標(biao),滿工(gong)藝要求。
